Withdrawal policy
This policy explains when and how you can withdraw your funds from Visaya Capital, what checks apply before a withdrawal is released, and what you can do if a request is delayed. By requesting a withdrawal you accept the rules on this page.
1. Introduction and your agreement
You can withdraw your available balance at any time, to accounts and wallets held in your own verified name. This policy describes the methods, timelines, limits, and checks that apply to every withdrawal request. It works together with the deposit and withdrawal methods page, which lists the same processing times per method in table form.
2. Available withdrawal methods
Withdrawals are supported to GCash and Maya e-wallets, to Visa cards used for deposits where your bank supports refunds, to your Philippine bank account by local transfer, and to a USDT TRC-20 wallet address you control. We do not send withdrawals to third-party accounts: the destination must be in the same name as your verified Visaya Capital account.
3. Processing timelines
Standard processing after approval is: GCash and Maya within 24 hours; card refunds one to five business days; local bank transfers one to three business days; and USDT TRC-20 within 24 hours. Factors that can extend a timeline include bank cut-off times, weekends and Philippine public holidays, card-network processing, and network confirmation times for digital assets. The clock for these timelines starts when the request is approved, and approval itself is fastest when your verification is already complete.
4. Fees and charges
The platform charges no fee for withdrawals to any supported method. Costs that can appear on your side, such as a digital-asset network fee for USDT transfers or a fee your bank applies to incoming transfers, are outside our control and are shown or deducted before you confirm. If a fee line ever appears that you do not understand, ask support before confirming.
5. Limits
There is no upper limit on the number of withdrawal requests you may submit. Minimum amounts per method exist to keep transfers practical, and they are shown in the withdrawal form when you choose a method, together with your available balance. Anti-money-laundering rules can require additional documentation for unusually large single withdrawals; where this applies, we tell you directly rather than simply holding the request.
6. KYC and AML checks
Identity verification must be complete before your first withdrawal, and periodic re-checks can apply afterwards as described in our AML / KYC policy. Withdrawals are monitored against your account profile, and a request can be reviewed where the activity around it does not fit that profile. A review is a question to resolve, not an accusation, and you are informed in writing when one opens.
7. Why a request can be delayed or declined
- Data mismatch: the destination account name differs from your verified identity.
- Verification gaps: an expired ID, an unanswered document request, or a pending re-check.
- Additional checks: transaction-monitoring flags that require documented explanation.
- Technical causes: provider outages or digital-asset network congestion.
- Regulatory causes: a legal restriction or a request from a competent authority.
Every delay or decline is communicated with its reason and, where fixable, exactly what would unblock it.
8. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the destination details you enter: wallet addresses, account numbers, and card details. A withdrawal sent to correct, verified details that you entered incorrectly can be irrecoverable, so the form asks you to confirm the destination before submission. Keep your registered email current, because approval notices and security confirmations go there.
9. Cancelling or changing a request
A pending withdrawal can be cancelled or edited from the dashboard while its status is still "pending review". Once a request enters processing with the provider, it can no longer be changed, and you would need to submit a new request after it completes. If you cancel a withdrawal and want the funds returned to your trading balance, that return is immediate.
10. Support
For withdrawal questions, write to [email protected] with your request reference. Support operates Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 PHT (excluding public holidays), with a first reply usually under one business hour. If a request has passed its stated timeline, that is a valid reason to contact us, and we will tell you exactly where in the chain it sits.
11. Updates to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in methods, timelines, or applicable requirements. The current version is always published on this page, and material changes are announced in the dashboard before they take effect. The version you see when you submit a withdrawal request is the one that applies to it.
