Our mission
Why Visaya Capital exists and who we built it for.
Participation, not gatekeeping
Visaya Capital helps Filipinos take part in financial markets with AI-assisted analysis and real personal guidance. We give every user clear information and responsible risk management, with no prior trading experience needed.
We built the platform for people whose capital otherwise sits still: office workers in BGC, nurses on night shift, teachers in the provinces. You should not need a finance degree or free mornings to take part in financial markets.
Honesty about risk
Automated does not mean automatic profit. Every page of this site says plainly that trading can lose money, because a platform that hides that from you is not helping you. Our risk controls can pause trading in excessively volatile conditions, but no mechanism removes risk entirely, and we never claim it does.
Five years of building, one year at a time
How the platform grew from a Makati office into a service used across the Philippines.
| Year | What changed |
|---|---|
| 2021 | Visaya Capital opens its office on Ayala Avenue in the Makati Central Business District. The first release of the platform gives Filipino users a simple way to follow financial markets without manually reading charts all day. |
| 2022 | The AI analysis module goes live. The engine starts scanning markets continuously for micro-trends and recurring patterns, so users no longer need to place each trade by hand or watch price screens around the clock. |
| 2023 | Every new user is paired with a personal manager. The manager helps with account activation, first deposits, platform settings, and withdrawal questions, which cuts onboarding time for first-time investors significantly. |
| 2024 | The redesigned dashboard ships. Results, market updates, and account activity are presented in a clearer layout with tabular figures, and the report engine gives users a monthly summary of what the platform did. |
| 2025 | Peso deposit methods expand with GCash and Maya, alongside InstaPay bank transfers, cards, and USDT TRC-20. Moving funds in and out becomes a local, everyday operation for users across Metro Manila and the provinces. |
