Frequently asked questions
Answers about using Visaya Capital: general use, fees and results, platform features, risks, security, and getting help. Each answer is written the way we would say it on a call, and links to the full page where a topic needs depth.
General use
Fill in the registration form on the home page or the Create account page with your full name, email, and phone number. A personal manager then contacts you within 24 hours to help with activation and your first deposit.
You need to be at least 18 years old, a valid government-issued ID for verification, and a starting deposit from from ₱14,500. A GCash, Maya, bank, or card account in your own name is needed for deposits and withdrawals.
No. The platform is designed for users without professional trading experience. The AI engine monitors markets continuously, and your personal manager explains settings, strategies, and reports in plain language.
Yes. The site and dashboard work in a mobile browser, and notifications reach you by email on any device. Registration, deposits, withdrawals, and strategy checks can all be done from a phone.
Fees and results
There is no monthly platform fee, no account-opening fee, and no custody fee. The trading commission is up to 0.58% per transaction, currency conversion is up to 1.50%, and the forex spread starts from 0.8. Every applicable fee is shown before you confirm a transaction.
The full schedule is on the Fees and pricing page, and the specific amount for any transaction is displayed on the confirmation screen before you accept it. Your monthly report also lists the costs charged during the period.
No. Trading carries the risk of losing part or all of your deposit, and no feature of the platform changes that. Results depend on market conditions, the strategies you run, and time. Our risk disclosure explains the main risk types plainly.
Platform features
The engine scans supported markets around the clock, identifies patterns and micro-trends, and executes the strategies you have activated within the limits you set. You are not required to read charts or place trades manually.
Yes. You choose the markets monitored, the strategies activated, position-size limits, and notification preferences. Ready-made strategies can be adjusted with your manager, or you can configure your own parameters.
You receive alerts you have enabled, such as paused strategies, completed withdrawals, and security events, plus a monthly report summarizing activity. Notifications arrive by email, so keep your registered address current.
When conditions become excessively unstable, the system can pause trading instead of pushing through the chaos. This limits reckless exposure but does not eliminate losses, and normal operation resumes when conditions stabilize.
Risks
Yes. The value of your account can fall, and you can lose part or all of the amount you deposit. Cryptocurrencies and other tradable assets are volatile, and past results never guarantee future ones.
Market risk from price swings, liquidity risk when orders cannot fill at expected prices, counterparty risk from third-party providers, technical and API risks, and fraud attempts against your login. The Risk disclosure page covers each one with practical steps.
No. Risk can be understood, sized, and managed, but not removed. Position limits, diversification, and regular profit withdrawals reduce exposure; nothing on the platform can guarantee that losses will not happen.
Security and account
Accounts are protected by encryption in transit and at rest, two-step verification, login alerts for new devices, session management you control, and an audit history of significant events. The Security page details every control.
Trading balances sit with the platform and its regulated exchange and payment partners. Funds are not covered by Philippine bank deposit insurance, which is one reason we recommend regular profit withdrawals to your own accounts.
Change your password immediately, revoke the session from the security settings, and contact support so the event can be reviewed. If you cannot access the account, email [email protected] and we will freeze it while verifying you.
Never. Any message or caller asking for your password, full card number, or one-time code is not from us, whatever it looks like. Report it to [email protected] without responding.
Deposits and withdrawals
Deposits are available via GCash, Maya, Visa, Mastercard, InstaPay bank transfer, and USDT TRC-20. E-wallet and card deposits are instant, InstaPay lands within 24 hours, and the platform charges no deposit fee.
GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 24 hours, card refunds take one to five business days, local bank transfers one to three business days, and USDT TRC-20 within 24 hours. Timelines start when a request is approved.
Common reasons are an identity-verification step that is incomplete, a destination name that does not match your verified identity, or a routine transaction review. We always tell you which reason applies and what resolves it.
Help and support
Write to [email protected] any time. Support operates Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 PHT, with a first reply usually within one business hour.
Pause the strategy first, then ask your manager or support to review the configuration with you. Pausing prevents unwanted trades while the settings are checked, and paused strategies can be resumed unchanged.
Email [email protected] with the subject line "Complaint" and describe what happened. The full process, timelines, and escalation route are on the Complaints page.
